What material is your jewelry made of?

All our jewelry is made from the highest quality stainless steel, then plated with 18k gold. We only use natural jade and True pearl for the bead part.Can also be worn for bathing or swimming.

Is your jewelry hypoallergenic?

All pieces are made from the highest quality stainless steel and 100% nickel-free. Our materials are considered safe to use for anyone with allergies or sensitive skin.

Are the freshwater pearls genuine?

Yes! We use genuine freshwater pearls that are carefully selected and highly valued for their beautiful rainbow luster.

How do I take care of my jewelry?

Cleaning Tips:
  • Use only water and a mild soap to wash your jewelry.
  • Use a soft cloth to help clean it (no abrasive cleaning tools).
  • Regularly cleaning your pieces can keep residues to a minimum making them shine on the daily.
Storage Tips:
  • Your jewelry already comes with our pouch which is perfect for keeping your jewelry safe!
  • It's always best to store your jewelry in a way where they aren't rubbing against each other to prevent scratches.
  • Any pouch or jewelry box with a soft texture inside is optimal.
  • Make sure your jewelry is dry before storing it.

How is your jewelry packaged?

Every single MELINA order comes in a branded box, a jewelry pouch for every piece of jewelry, a pack of stickers.There are also tattoo stickers and random jewelry blind box gifts!
In addition, we are happy to share that we only use eco-friendly packaging and recycled paper.

What are your necklace sizes?

Most of our necklaces range from 39-45 cm and some even come with a 5 cm extender. Each item has a description that includes the specific size if you have your eye on anything in particular!

How much does shipping cost?

$0! All orders come with free worldwide shipping and tracking.

Will I be charged customs duties and taxes?

Along with our free shipping worldwide, all the duties & taxes are covered! We can guarantee there are no extra fees.

What are the expected delivery times?

Delivery Time Estimates: 

  • United Kingdom: 5 - 10 business days
  • United States: 5 - 12 business days
  • Australia: 7 - 14 business days
  • Canada: 7 - 14 business days
  • Europe: 6 - 15 business days
  • Rest of the world: 10 - 15 business days

Important notes:

  • All orders are shipped directly from our warehouse within 1-2 days of the order being placed.
  • During busy periods shipping times may be affected and you may have to check with your preferred courier as to their deadlines.
  • Kindly note that deliveries to remote locations may experience a delay.

What is your order and shipping process?

You will receive an order confirmation via email as soon as you have placed your order. Your order will be processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days. As soon as your order is on its way it may take between 5-15 days depending on your shipping destination. We'll send you the tracking number via email, allowing you to follow its journey on our tracking page. An email notification will be sent when your order is shipped and delivered.

How do I track the status of my order?

You’ll be able to track the status of your order as soon as you place an order on our tracking page by entering your order number and email. You can locate your order number in your account and/or order confirmation email. Once entered, you will see the following: Ordered > In Process > Order Ready > In Transit > Out for Delivery > Delivered.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Our team works very efficiently and quickly to process orders. We are unable to guarantee any cancellations or changes to your order once placed. If you have an incorrect shipping address please reach out to us at support@melinajewelry.com.

My order is delayed, when will I receive it?

While we can ensure this doesn't happen often, we're so sorry for the delay! Although we rely on our shipping partners to provide the most efficient services, unforeseen circumstances can arise.

If your order is considered late: Please kindly consider potential shipping delays. Atolea cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages. To start, we suggest double-checking that your shipping address is correct. We find that tiny details such as house/door number, street, and postal code can sometimes be missed.
